ATTACHMENT:
A ten (10') foot water main easement lying 5' each side of the
existing 6" or larger water mains up to and including all hydrants
and meters, except where such mains and related water facilities may
lie under structures. Lying within the following described
tracts:
PARCEE1
The East 1/2 of Madison Avenue, lying between the Northerly
limits, as extended, of Lot 1, Block 2, of Maryland Subdivision,
as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 25, of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida, and the Southerly limits, as ex-
tended, of Lot 1, Block 6, of the same Maryland Subdivision;
LESS the South 60.0 feet thereof.
PARCEL 2
Lots 1 thru 7, inclusive, Block B-2; Lots 1 thru 6, inclusive
and Lots 15 thru 20, inclusive, Block B-4; Lots 1 thru 6, inclusive,
LESS and EXCEPT the South 17.00 feet of Lot 3 and the South
17.00 feet of the West 10.00 feet of Lot 4, together with the
West 52.00 feet of Lot 7, Block B-6, Maryland Subdivision
according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
15, Page 25, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Together with those portions of vacated streets described as:
that portion of North Pine Street as shown on the plat of said
Maryland Subdivision, lying East of the Easterly Right-of-way
line of Madison Avenue; and that portion of South Pine Street
