EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
cash in hand paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, and the benefits to be derived therefrom,
GOLOMB & BURNS REALTY, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION
1122 DRUID ROAD
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA 34616
does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA
an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, to wit:
A 20.00 foot wide easement over a portion of Lot 16,
Block 6, MARYLAND SUBDIVISION as situated in Section 15,
Township 29 South, Range 15 East and as recorded in Plat
Book 15, Page 25 of the Public Records of Pinel1as
County, Florida, the centerline of which is more
particularly described as follows: Commence at the
Southwest corner of Lot 16, Block 6, MARYLAND
SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 25 of the
Public Records of Pinellas County Florida; thence North
900 00' 00" East, along the Southerly right-of-way line
of said Lot 16, 17.70 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence North 000 47' 05" West, along the centerline of
a 20.00 foot wide DRAINAGE EASEMENT 101.94 feet to the
Northerly line of said Lot 16, the same being the Point
of Termination.
This easement for drainage, installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above-described premises and to construct, install and
maintain thereon any drainage lines and to inspect and alter such
drainage lines from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party hereto has caused these presents
to be duly executed by its proper officers thereunto authorized

1. That thevare the owners of legal and equitable title to
the following described property in Pinellas County, Florida, to-
wit:
