Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot 12, Block "W" of HIBISCUS GARDENS, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 55- 59 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, said corner also being on the Northerly right-of-way line of Franklin Street; run thence South 890 17' 12" East, along said right-of-way, a distance of 98.52 feet to the Point of Beginning. Run thence North 210 57' 48" East a distance of 337.67 feet; thence North 160 08' 20" East, a distance of 134.71 feet; thence South 000 36' 14" West, a distance of 93.05 feet; thence South 890 23' 08" East, a distance of 44.71 feet; thence South 160 08' 20" West, a distance of 60.48 feet, thence South 210 57' 48" West, a distance of 314.69 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way of Franklin Street, run thence along said right-of-way of a distance of 72.96 feet to the Point of Beginning. This easement for drainage and installation and maintenance. The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the above-described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any drainage lines and to inspect and alter such drainage lines from time to time.
