EASEMENT
FORAND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash
in hand paid to them , the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, and the benefits to be derived therefrom,
FLORIDA VOA ELDERLY HOUSING, INC.,
A FLORIDA CORPORATION NOT FOR PROFIT
Clearwater, Florida
do~ hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA
an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, to wit:
A sixty-eight (68) foot drainage easement.
Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot 12, Block "W" of
HIBISCUS GARDENS, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 55-
59 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
said corner also being on the Northerly right-of-way line
of Franklin Street; run thence South 890 17' 12" East,
along said right-of-way, a distance of 98.52 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
Run thence North 210 57' 48" East a distance of 337.67
feet; thence North 160 08' 20" East, a distance of 134.71
feet; thence South 000 36' 14" West, a distance of 93.05
feet; thence South 890 23' 08" East, a distance of 44.71
feet; thence South 160 08' 20" West, a distance of 60.48
feet, thence South 210 57' 48" West, a distance of 314.69
feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way of Franklin
Street, run thence along said right-of-way of a distance
of 72.96 feet to the Point of Beginning.
This easement for drainage and installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above-described premises and to construct, install and
maintain thereon any drainage lines and to inspect and alter such
drainage lines from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party hereto has caused these presents
to be duly executed by its proper officers thereunto authorized and
its seal to be hereunto affixed, this 16TH day of

RICK POWELL, PRESIDENT, FLORIDA VOA ELDERLY HOUSING, INC. who, being
first duly sworn, depose and say:
1. That FLORIDA VOA ELDERLY HOUSING INC. is the owner of
legal and equitable title to the following described property in
Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
Lots 4 thru 14 inclusive of Block "Z" and Lot 1 and Lots 12 thru 18
inclusive of Block "W", of HIBISCUS GARDENS as recorded in Plat Book 14,
Pages 55-59, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together
with the vacated rights-of-way of Stevenson Boulevard and Lady Mary
Drive, all lying within the Northwest 1/4, of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Northeast 1/4 of Section 15, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, of
Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described as follows:
BEGIN at the Northeast corner of said Lot 4 of Block "Z", corner also
being on the South right-of-way line of Pierce Street and on the East
line of the Northwest 1/4, of the Southeast 1/4, of the Northeast 1/4
of said Section 15; thence run South 000 36' 52" West, for 480.89 feet
along said East line to a point of intersection with the North right-
of-way line, of Franklin Street; thence run North 890 17' 12" West, for
474.52 feet, along said North right-of-way line; thence leaving said
North right-of-way line, run North 000 43' 33" East, for 99.56 feet;
