Run thence North 210 57' 48" East a distance of 349.84 feet; thence North 160 08' 20" East, a distance of 152.57 feet; thence South 880 51' 05" East, a distance of 29.43 feet; thence South 000 36' 14" West, a distance of 121.39 feet; thence South 890 23' 08" East, a distance of 71.69 feet; thence South 160 08' 20" West, a distance of 69.02 feet, thence South 210 57' 48" West, a distance of 305.90 feet to a point on the Northerly right-af-way of Franklin Street, run thence along said right-of-way of a distance of 139.48 feet to the Point of Beginning. This easement for drainage and installation and maintenance.
