do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA an easement over,
under and across the following described land, lying and being situated in the
County of Pinel las, State of Florida, to-wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference.
This easement being for drainage installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the
above-described premises for the purposes of constructing, installing and
maintaining certain drainage improvements to be located on the following
described land, lying and being situated in the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, to-wit:
See Exhibit "B" attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference
and to inspect and alter such drainage improvements from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the respective Grantors have hereunto affixed their
hands and seals as Owner, Trustee and/or have caused these presents to be
