OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
LIVE OAK ESTATES, INC.
Minutes of Special Meeting of the Board of Directors
of Live Oak Estates, Inc., held at the office of the corporation
in Clearwater, Florida, on the 10th day of May, A.D. 1965.
All directors present.
The President, Albert L. Rogero, announced that the
City of Clearwater had requested and that it was necessary that
the corporation give to the City of Clearwater an easement for
utility purposes across a portion of the Live Oak Estates sub-
division as follows:
The East 10 feet of Lots 60 through 65 inclusive
and the South 7~ feet of Lot 61 and the North
7~ feet of Lot 60, Live Oak Estates, c:,!cording
to the map or plat thereof as recorded 'in Plat
Book 62, pages 15 and 16, Public Records of
Pine lIas County, Florida.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted,
the officers of the corporation were authorized and directed to
prepare, execute and forthwith deliver to the City of Clearwater
an easement to said City for utility purposes, as follows:
The East 10 feet of Lots 60 through 65 inclusive
and the South 7~ feet of Lot 61 and the North
7~ feet of Lot 60, Live Oak Estates, according
to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 62, pages 15 and 16, Public Records of
