THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into between SDS INVESTMENTS,
a Florida General Partnership, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor"
and THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee",

That the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) lawful money of the United States of America in
hand paid by the said Grantee, at or before th~ ensealing and delivery
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. The
Grantor accordingly has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised,
released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents does grant,
