The City of Clearwater will permit the existing sign structure to
remain in the proposed right-of-way until October 12, 1992.
This drainage, utility and sidewalk easement is at Gulf-to-Bay Blvd.
and Orion Avenue.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the
above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any
utility lines and/or sidewalks to inspect and alter such utilit:y lines and/or
sidewalks from time to time.

1. That they are the owners of legal and equitable title to the
