On July 5, 2007 the Development Review Committee (DRC) reviewed your application for Flexible Standard Development approval to permit a swimming pool in the Low Medium Density Residential (LMDR) district in the front setback (west) along Barrington Drive with a reduction to the front setback from 25 feet to 10.4 feet under the provisions of Section 2- 203.C. The DRC recommended approval of the application with the following bases and conditions: Bases for Approval: 1. On July 05, 2007, the Development Review Committee (composed of the City's professional staff) will review and determine whether the application demonstrates compliance with the City's Community Development Code. Following that review and determiniation, the Planning Director will issue a Development Order approving, approving with conditions, or denying the application. The earliest date that the City will make a decision on the application will be July 05, 2007. The City encourages you to participate in the review of this application.
