Mahoney, the owner of certain real property in Skycrest Subdivision, Unit #7, in the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a portion of a certain drainage easement affecting said property; and WHEREAS, said portion of the drainage easement is not necessary nor required and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the general public that the same be vacated; NOW, THEREFORE, WWSSETH: This PARTIAL RELEASE OF EASEMENT made this :Lr/:'ciay of February, 1969,between the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, party of the first part and JAMES L.
