over, under, and across the following described land, lying and being situate in the
County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit;
Section 12, Township 30 South, Range 14 East, Lot 18, Block A, map or plat entitled
"NEW HAVEN BEACH" as recorded in Plat Book 20, page 8 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County,
A one and seven tenth of afoot (1,7') Natural Gas Utility Easement and Ingress and
Egress Easement for the City of Clearwater service and utility personnel and equipment,
as described below:
Commencing at the Iron Rod located at the Northeasterly corner of the above Lot 18, a
recorded reference point on the Westerly Right of Way line of a sixty-foot (60') wide public
Right of Way commonly known as Gulf Boulevard; thence N81051'40'W along the
Northerly property line of said Lot 18, a distance of 115,00 feet; thence S08008'20'W
along the Westerly property line of Lot 18, a distance of 1,70 feet; thence S81051'40"E,
1.70 feet south of, and parallel to, the Northerly property line of Lot 18, a distance of
115,00 feet; thence N08008'20"E along the Easterly property line of Lot 18, which is also
the Westerly right of way line of the sixty-foot (60') wide public Right of Way commonly
CJ known as Gulf Boulevard, to the Point of Beginning. (All bearings based upon the
