On 12/23/97 the City received a 5 foot sidewalk easement from a Forrest R. Garrison.
The document had been prepared by attorney Bernard Lechner, Mr, Lechner advised me
in January that it was unlikely the City would receive a "Consent to Easement" response
from either of the two mortgage holders that had security interests in the property,
Long story short: Today I received the attached Consent To Easement & Subordination
of Interest" document from the second mortgage holder, who, as holder of a wraparound
mortgage, is also responsible for complying with provisions of the first mortgage.
John Carassas and I discussed the long lapse between recording the easement on April 20,
1998 and receipt of this consent document. Upon his advice I have referenced the O. R.
BooklPage to which this consent applies and ask that you go ahead and record the belated
document.
