AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, VACATING A PORTION OF A TEN-FOOT
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT LYING ON A
PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 28
SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AND BEING A PORTION OF LOT 268, WOODGATE OF
COUNTRYSIDE UNIT TWO, AS RECORDED IN PLAT
BOOK 71, PAGE 75 OF SAID PINELLAS COUNTY,
FLORIDA, SAID PARCEL BEING MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, owners of real property located in the City of Clearwater, have:
requested that the City vacate a portion of the drainage and utility easement depicted iri
Exhibit A attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said easement is not necessary for
municipal use and it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City and the general public;
that the same be vacated; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following:

BOOK 71, PAGE 75 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SAID PINELLAS COUNTY,
FLORIDA, SAID PARCEL BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED A��
