This document provides the Federal Emergency Managemenl Agency's determination regarding a request for a Letter of Map Revision based
on Fill for the property described abave. Us+ng the Informalion submitted and ihe effective Nationai Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) map, we i,
have determined that the described portion(s} of the property(ies) is/are net located in the SFFiA, an area inundated by the tlood having a '
t-percent chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year (base ifood). This document revises the effective NFIP map to remove the
subject property from 1he SFFiA focated on the ef(ective NFIP map; lherefore, the Federal mandatory flood insurance requfrement does not
appiy. However, lhe lender has the oplion fo continue the flood insurance requirement to protect its financial risk on the loan. A Proferred Risk
Policy(PRP)is available for buildings locafed outside the SFHA. Information about lhe PRP and how one can apply is enclosed.
This deiermination is based on the flood daia presenlly available. The enclosed documents provide additional intormation regarding this
