does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER. FLORIDA, an easement over,
under and across the following described land, lying and being situate in the
County of Pine11as, State of Florida, to wit:
A 13.5 foot water main easement lying within the West 13.5 feet of the East 121.5
feet of the f~llowing described tract:
From the Southeast corner gf the Northeast 1/4 of Section 11, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East, run North 0 25'40" East along the East line of Said Section 11.
1109.64 feet to a point on the extended centerline of Long Street. as shown on the
Plat of Sherwood Garden Apartments. as recorded in Plat Booko71, Page 92, of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Thence North 89 22' SO" West along
said extended centerline and the centerline of Long Street as platted, 264.78
feet to a point; thence South 0024'28" West along the East line of Hallmark Sub-
division First Addition, and an extension of said East Line, 1109.54 Seet to a
point on the East-West centerline of said Section 11; thence South 89 21'30"
East along said East-West centerline of Section 11, 264.39 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
