EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERA TION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00)
cash in hand paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and the benefits to be derived therefrom, the CITY OF CLEAR WATER,
FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, does hereby grant and convey to
FRED T. COURNOYER and VIRGINIA A. COURNOYER, his wife, an
easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and
being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
Lot 72, Glenwood Subdivision as recorded in Plat
Book 8, page 14 of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
