This easement is granted for construction purposes for
the use by the City of Clearwater, Florida. This easement
is temporary and expires automatically after ninety (90)
days from date hereof or upon the completion of the
project, whichever is sooner, unles s extended by written
agreement of the parties hereto.
AsadditionaLconsideration for the granting of this easement, the
parties he reto agree as follows:
1. The Owners hereby pay to the City of Clearwater
the sum of $630. 00 as their share of the sand-cement
riprap wall which the City will cons truct in the
existing drainage easement, receipt of said sum is
hereby acknowledged.
2.
The City hereby agrees to use no heavy equipment
on the above described easements.

3. The City agrees that any hedge which must be
removed will not be replaced, but the yard will
be graded and sodded in the easement area where
damaged.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above-described permanent easement and to construct, install and
maintain thereon any drainage lines and to inspect and alter such drainage
lines from time to time.
