EASEMENT
IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($I.OO) and
other valuabl~ considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, we, the undersigned, do hereby grant to the CITY OF CIBARWATER,
a municipal corporation, the right to lay, maintain, operate, repair
and remove pipe, wires and conduits for the installation and mainten-an~
ance of water lines, power lines, gas lines, electricity, telephone,
and any other utilities, through and over the following described
real estate, to wit:
Three (a) f..' o'f'o:f' :the 11'~*1' of loti. OIl. ('I) to
F~'1lrteen (I4l inclusive, Lots Sixteen (I6) to Eight-
een(I') inclusive, Lots Forty-nine (49) to Sixty-Six ~

(I8) and the East Three feet of Lot Nineteen (I9), all
in Block "D" of Greenwood Park Number 2, according to
the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8,
page 16, of the Public Records o~ Pinellas County,

The easement herein granted shall b e perpetual, or
until voluntarily released by the City ot clearwa~ Florida.
