THIS INDENTURE, Made this

party of the First Part, and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipaID
corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of
Florida, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the sum of One
Dollar and other geed and valuable considerations in hand paid
to the party of the first part by the party of the second part,

contained within the Greenwood Housing Project
located in the City of Clea~ater, Florida, as
shown on the attach plat which is by reference
thereto made a part hereof.
Together with the right of ingress and egresa.' to and over said
above described premises at ahy and all times by agents, employees
of the City of Clearwater, and the public generally for all reasonable
purposes for which streets, alleys and widewalks are normally used,
for the purposes of laying, maintaining, operating, repairing and
removing the above mentioned drainage, water, sewer and other pipes,
power, telephone and other o..rhead lines, and othermeans of supply-
ing utilities, and for doing anything necessary or useful for the
enjoyment of the easement herein granted.
