FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENTFIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT ("FIRST AMENDMENT"), is made and entered
into this N'� day of�'rt'�'� , 2012, by and between the CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, a municipal corporation ("CITY"), and the SCHOOL BOARD OF PINELLAS COiJNTY,
FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (`BOARD"), and provides as follows:
WHEREAS, the CITY and BOARD approved an agreement dated December 19, 2006, to allow the
reciprocal use of facilities owned by the parties under certain conditions ("Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, the Agreement expired on December 31, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the parties' administrative staffs have continued to operate in good faith under the
terms and conditions of the Agreement since December 31, 2011, to the present; and
WHEREAS, the CITY and BOARD desire to extend the term of the Agreement for a period of five
years and ratify their actions since the expiration of the Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants herein contained and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby expressly acknowledged, the CITY and BOARD
hereby agree as follows:
1. The term of the Agreement is ext for a five (5) year period, such that the Agrw�shall
now be effective retroactive to Ja ` 1�� �, and expire on December 31, 2 0 6`�i�c.

2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
