E A S E MEN T
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the s~ of One Dollar ($1.00) cash in
hand paid to it, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby ac-
knowledged, and the benefits to be derived therefrom, the CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, does hereby grant and
convey to PACT, INC., a Florida non-profit 'corporation, its successors,
assigns, invitees, and guests, an easement of ingress and egress over
and across. the real property described on Exhibit flAil attached hereto,
which real property is lying and situate in Pinellas County, Florida.
PACT, INC., its successors and assigns, shall have the right to
enter upon the subject real property and grade, level, fill, drain,
pave, build, mai~tain, repair, and rebuild a road or driveway, together
. with such bridges, culverts, ramps, and cuts as may be necessary, on,
over, and across the ground embraced within the easement herein above
described. PACT, INC., its successors and assigns, shall further have
the right to construct upon such easement property such improvements
as are necessary to permit the safe and efficient utilization of such
easement for ingress and egress, including, but not limited to, light-
ing installations, traffic signals, and signs, and other similar im-
provements.
This grant of easement shall run with the land and shall be bind-
ing on and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their
suCcessors and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, has caused
these presents to be executed in its name by its City Manager, City
Clerk, 'countersigned by its Mayor-Commissioner ~ and approved as to form
and correctness by its City Attorney, and its corporate seal to be
hereunto attached, this 28th day of Mav , 1980.

being 'part of the North 1/2 of Section 9, Township 29
South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, being
set aside for use as a permanent ingress and egress
easement, with access roads being constructed within the
boundaries thereof as described as follows:
From the center of said Section 9, N 00.07143" E, and
along the North-South centerline of said Section, a distance
of 64.0 feet for a P.O. B.; thence N 89021'08" W, and
parallel with the East- West centerline of said Section, a
distance of 374.4 feet; thence N 00.07'43" E, and parallel
with the North-South centerline of said Section, a distance
of 546.57 feet; thence N 89018'311,1 W, a distance of 911. 28
feet to the West right-of-way of State Road No. 593 and/or
McMullen-Booth Road, a 100 foot right-of-way, as now
