in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits
to be derived therefrom, DAVID BILGORE & COMPANY, INC., a Florida
corporation, does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEAR WA TER,
FLORIDA, an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:

The West '10.0 feet and the South 10.0 feet of the following described tract:
The North 973.50 feet of the East 450.00 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the
Nqrihwest 1/4 of Section 9, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas
County, Florida, less a tract more particularly described as follows:
From the Northeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of
said Section 9, run N 890 19149" W along the North boundary of the
Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 a distance of 56.00 feet to a Point
of Beginning, also being the centerline of Alligator Creek; continue
thence N 890 19'49" W along the North boundary of the Southwest 1/4 of
the Northwest 1/4 a distance of 394.00 feet; run thence S 0005'1711 Wa
distance of 235. 00 feet to the centerline of Alligator Creek; run thence
along the centerline of Alligator Creek the following courses and distances:

All utility installations shall be underground.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above -des cribed premises and to cons truct, install and maintain thereon
any drainage and utility lines and to inspect and alter such drainage and utility
lines from time to time.
