FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash in
hand paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom, A. E. MANN and ROSETTA MANN, his wife,
and A. K. LAND CORPORATION, a Florida Corporation, do hereby grant and
convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an easement over, under and
across the following described land, lying and being situate in the
County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:

of-way of Bayshore Boulevard along a curve to the right, arc

Restoration shall be made as set forth in Addendum # 1 to easement
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
Manholes shall be located as set forth in Addendum # 2 to easement
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
This easement being for sanitary sewer installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon
the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any sanitary sewer line and to inspect and alter such sanitary
sewer line from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands and

The following requirements will govern clearing, excavation and reatoration
of property and public rights of way for construction of the interceptor
sewer and are an explicit part of the construction contract:

ADDENDUM #2 TO EASEMENT
The location of the two interior manholes along the easement line
that lies 250.00 feet ~ southeasterly of and parallel to the
easterly right-of-way line of Bayshore Drive shall be as located
by the owner's engineer. Said location being predicated on the
location of two proposed streets that are projected to run
southeasterly towards Tampa Bay.
