That portion of Lot 2, Nicholson and Sloan's Subdivision, as recorded in Plat
Book 1, Page 38, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, described
as follows:
Begin at the Northwest corner of Lot 2 of said Nicholson and Sloan's
Subdivision and run Easterly along the Northerly line of said Lot 2, 2.00
feet to a point hereby designated for reference as Point "A"; beginning again
at the point-of-beginning, run Southerly along the Westerly line of said Lot
2, 21.05 feet; thence run Northeasterly to previously designated Point "A".
Together with a temporary construction easement lying two feet (2') East of
and adjacent to the above described easement. This temporary easement will
expire at completion of the construction.
This easement being for sidewalk purposes.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter the
above described premises and inspect the placement and dimensions of said
sidewalks to insure conformance with City specifications and thereafter
maintain same from time to time; and that, ~
The GENERAL PUBLIC shall have full and free use of said sidewalk at any
time and all times for traveling purposes.

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
as Representative of OUEST INN, INC., a
Florida Co~ration, Not-for-Profit , who, being first duly sworn, depose and
say:

1, That they are the owners of legal and equitable title to the
following described property in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
