E A S E MEN T
THIS INDENTURE, made this 26th day of April, A.D., 1971, by and between
IMPERIAL HOMES CORPORATION, a Florida Corporation located in Pinellas County, State
of Florida, party of the first part, and CITY OF CLEARWATER, a Political Subdivision
of the State of Florida, its successors and assigns, whose address is 112 South
Osceola Avenue, Clearwater, Florida 33516, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum!. of One Dollar ($1.00) in hand paid by the said party of the second part
to the r-l'~'flty . of the first part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, transfer, and deliver unto the party of
the second part, a permanent right of way and easement to the party of the second part
for the purpose of installing, repairing, operating and maintaining water lines
over and across the following described property:

1. A 10 foot water main easement in the NE 1/4 of Section 8, T29S
Rl6E, with the centerline being described as follows:
From the NW corner of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 8, run
S 00 461 24" W, a distance of 60.0 feet to the southerly right of way
of S.R. No. 590; thence run S 890 341 Ht"Ealong said right of way, a
distance of 331.0 feet to the P.O.B. of said centerline easement.
Thence run S 00 461 24" W, a distance of 612.92 feet to the P.C. of a
curve; thence run along the cure of a curve to the 1 eft, a di stance of
252. 76 feet to the P. T ~, sat d curve having a radius of 285.77 feet,
a delta of 500 401 42"; thence run S 490 541 18" E, a distance of 310.0
feet to the P.C. of a curve; thence run along the arc of a curve to
the right, a distance of 59.0 feet to a point, said curve having a
radius of 444.80 feet, a delta of 70 36' 0011; thence run S 470 41 I 4211W
a distance of 63.65 feet to a point; thence run S 210 00' OO"W, a distance
of 575.84 feet more or less to a point; thence run N 690 001 OO"W,
a distance of 49.49 feet more or less to the center of an existing well
and the ending point of a 10 foot water main easement.
2. A 40 foot square easement for the well site in the NE 1/4 of Section 8
T29S, Rl6E.
From the SW corner of the NE 1/4 af the NE 1/4 of said Section 8, run
S 890 361 25" E, a distance of 415. 44 feet to a point; thence run S 00
07' 04" W, a distance of 343.10 feel: to the P.O.B. of said well site
easement.
Thence continue S 00 071 04"W, a distance of 40.0 feet to a point; thence
run S 890 521 56"E, a distance of 40.0 feet to a point; thence run
N 00 07' 04"E, a distance of 40.0 feet to a point; thence run N 890
521 56"W, a distance of 40tO feet to the P.O.B. ,
Together with the right of ingress and egress over the above described
premises for thepurpose of doing anything necessary or useful for the enjoyment of
the easement herein granted.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the party of the first part has caused these presents to
be executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, by its proper
officers thereunto duly authorized, the day and year first above written.
