friendly Village of Kapok, A Florida Limited Partnership
does hereby grant and convey to the CITY Of CLEARWATER, fLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to
wit:
A 10 foot sanitary sewer easement lying 5.0 feet either side of the
following described line:
Commence at the Northeast corner of the Southeast * of
Section B, Township 29 South, Range 16 East; thence N890
46' 22"W, along the Northerly line of said Southeast i,
96.43 feet; thence S 090 27' 4411 W, 225.91 feet; thence
S 260 57' 4411 W, 299.10 feet; thence N 550 55' 59" W,
6.49 feet to an existing sanitary sewer manhole for the
point of beginning; thence along the existing sanitary
sewer line for the following 4 courses: (1) S 200 55'
09" W, 187.17 feet; (2) S 36059' 2211 W, 162.09 feet;
(3) S 030 53' 28" W, 220.00 feet; (4) S 890 38' 52" E,
289.10 feet; thence leaving said existing sanitary
sewer, S 38043' 23" E, 52.52 feet, thence N 87014'
45" E, 127.68 feet, to a point on the East line of said
Southeast i, said point being the point of ending.

The City will provide the grantor the following services without cost:
perpetual maintenance and replacement of the sanitary line when required
where the line lies within the easement; restoration of the land and/or
the street lying above the sanitary line, when disrupted for maintenance
or replacement; repair of any damage or modification that may be required
as a result of the City connecting to the in place sanitary line.
This easement being for sanitary sewer installation and maintenance.
The CITY Of CLEARWATER, fLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any sanitary sewer line and to inspect and alter such sanitary
sewer line from time to time.
