SIX FOOT SIDEWALK EASEMENT:
This easement being for sidewalk purposes.
Maintenance in such easement shall be the sole
responsibility of the City of Clearwater and all costs relating
thereto shall be borne by the city of Clearwater.
The city of Clearwater agrees to hold the Brigadoon of
Clearwater Homeowner's Association, Incorporated, its successors
and assigns, harmless and fully indemnify it for any claims,
demands, expenses or costs which may arise by reason of the
maintenance, use and existence of the easement and the
improvements thereon.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right
to enter the above described premises and inspect the placement
and dimensions of said sidewalks to insure conformance with city
