V'~ounty of Pinellas, State of Florida, the right to use, for the purpose of
recreation and public use in general, a permanent, nonexc~usiYe easement
over and through that portion of the following described real property, and
through that portion of the following described real property which shall
lie seaward of a line drawn parallel to, and lying of, the existing seawall
a distance of 50 feet:

Lots 1 through S, including riparian rights thereto, Block "C",
Bayside Subdivision IS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 38, Pages 38 and 39, Public Records of Pinellas County, State of
Florida, and that parcel lying to the Northwest of said lots, beginning at
the Northwesterly corner of Lot #1, Block "C", Bayside Subdivision 15,
proceed N 540 25' 30" W, 6S.l4 ft. along the Southerly right of way of Gulf
Boulevard; thence S 120 40' 00" W, and parallel to the Westerly boundry of
said Lot 11, a distance of 286.00 ft. to the waters of Clearwater Bay, and
thence Easterly along the shore line of Clearwater Bay 67 feet, more or
