Applicant shall deed to the City of Clearwater a new 20-foot drainage and utility easement, acceptable to the City at the City's sole discretion; and 2. Applicant shall relocate the existing sanitary sewer line to the new easement at the applicant's sole cost and in accordance with the City's specifications and standards; and 3. The applicant shall reimburse the Clearwater Gas System for all costs incurred by relocating the existing gas line; and 4. This vacation ordinance shall be rendered null and void if any of the preceding conditions are not met within one (1) year of the date of adoption of this ordinance. Section 2. The City Clerk shall record this ordinance in the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, following adoption. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
