edged, and the benefits to be derived therefrom,

an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida,
to wit: A ten (10') water main easement lying five feet (5) each side of existing
water mains up to and including all hydrants and meters, excluding any portion of
said mains that may lie beneath any building, and an ingress and egress easement
for refuse and garbage collections and City of Clearwater services and utility
vehicles, all lying within the following described tract:
Commence at the Northwest corner of Section 5, Township 29S, Range 16E,
Pinellas County, Florida; thence along the North boundary line of Section
5, S 890 46' 15" E, 1148.70 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue,
