FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash
in hand paid to it , the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, and the benefits to be derived therefrom,

does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being si tuate in the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, to-wit:

A Ten (10') foot water main easement lying 5' each side of all
water mains up to and including all hydrants and meters, but
excluding any water mains that may lie under buildings or within
five (5) feet of buildings, AND an ingress and egress easement for
refuse and garbage collections and City of Clearwater service and
utility vehicles, all lying within the following described tract:
Being a portion of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4
of Section 5, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas
County, Florida and lbeing more particularly described as
follows:

West, along said South line and along the northerly

Book 95, Page 90, respectively, of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida, for 1311.05 feet to the
Northwest corner of aforesaid plat of The Elks; thence
North 000 48' 56" East, along the West line of the
Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 5, for
1336.20 feet to the Southwest corner of the plat of Lake
Chautauqua Estates, as recorded in Plat Book 90, Page 22
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence
South 890 42' 36" East, along the North line of the
Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 5
(being the basis of bearings of this description), same
also being the South boundary line of aforesaid Lake
Chautauqua Estates, for 630.00 feet to the point of
intersection with the Westerly right-of-way line of 2nd

Westerly right-of-way line, for 30.00 feet; thence South
