Being the northerly and westerly ten (10) feet of that portion of
the property described in Official Records Book 4597 on page 1109
of the Public Records of Pinel1as County, Florida that is not
included in the plat of TilE ELKS as recorded in Plat Book 95 on
page 90 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being
that property lying five (5) feet on each side of the following
described centerline:
Commence at the northeasterly corner of said property described in
Official Records Book 4597 on page 1109 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida; thence S310J2'16-E, along the easterly
line of said property, for 5.90 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING (the
side lines of this description to be lengthened or shortened to
terminate at their intersection with said easterly line); thence
N89027'55"W, along a line 5.00 feet South of and parallel to the
North line of said described property for 249.97 feet; thence
SOoo32'05"W, along a line 5.00 feet East of and parallel to the
East. line of the South 200,00 feet of aforesaid platted property,
for 195.00 feet to a point on the North right-of-way line of Sunset
