Inc" prepared by R, Carlton Ward, granting the city a sanitary
sewer easement under and across its property on Island Estates,
Mr, Ward indicated that Mr, Dupuis, Vice President of the
corporation has statutory authority to bind the corporation equally
as did Mr, Palumbo, President of the corporation, when he executed
a water main easement a month previous, Mr. Ward said he would
call and confirm the foregoing with you,
