paid to him, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits to

does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an easement
over, under and across the following described land, lying and being situate
in the County of Pinellas, state of Florida, to-wit:

THE WEST FIVE FEET OF THAT CERTAIN PARCEL LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS:
Lot 8, Block F, FIRST ADDITION TO SUNSET POINT,
according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5,
Page 95, Public Records of Pinellas county, Florida, LESS that
part of Lot 8, Block F, FIRST ADDITION TO SUNSET POINT in the SW 1/4
of section 3, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, lying within 30 feet
of the East boundary of said SW 1/4 as Public Road Right of Way
This easement is for sidewalk purposes. If the grantee should at any
time cease to use the easement herein granted for sidewalk purposes, all real
property rights and interests herein granted shall cease and revert to the
grantor.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter the above
described premises and inspect the placement and dimensions of said sidewalks
to insure conformance with City specifications and thereafter maintain same
from time to time; and that,
The GENERAL PUBLIC shall have full and free use of said sidewalk at any
time and all times for trave1Tng:\ipurposes.

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared Earl L.
squires, Sr. who, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is the owner of legal and equitable title to
the following described property in pinellas County, Florida to-wit:
THE WEST FIVE FEET OF THAT CERTAIN PARCEL LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS:

according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5,
Page 95, pUblic Records of Pinellas county, Florida, LESS that part

said property for which there are unpaid bills for labor or materials against

that certain N~te and Mortgage dated April 5, 1991 and recorded in Official
Records Book 7537, page 1417, in favor of S & L Financial service
corporation, 2430 Estancia, suite 100, Clearwater, Florida 34621, and
assigned to Mortgage connection, Inc., as recorded in Official Records Book
7537, page 1421, all being in the PUblic Records of Pinellas county, Florida.
5. That it is hereby warranted that no notice has been received for any
public hearing regarding assessments for improvements by any government, and
it is hereby warranted that there are no unpaid assessments against the above
.property for improvements thereto by any government, whether or not said
assessments appear of record.
