FOR AND IN CONSIDERA TION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash in
hand paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and the benefits
to be derived therefrom, MIRIAM L. YETTA W, joined by her husband,
BASIL L. YETTAW; WALLACE 2f.FULLER, joined by his wife, LAURA
FULLER; MELVIN O. FULLER.joined by his wife, VIRGINIA FULLER; and
SELWYN R. FULLER, joined by his wife, ELIZABETH W. FULLER;
who are the sole heirs -at-law of Essie Fuller who died intestate at Clearwater,
Florida, on July 20, 1971, do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an easement over, under and across the following
described land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, to wit:
A ten (10) foot sanitary easement lying five (5) feet each side of the
following des cribed line:
Start at the Northwest corner of Lot 18, Block E, 1st Addition to
Sunset Point Subdivis ion, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 95, of
the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and run
S 00 53'51" E, 56.5 feet along the West lot line to the Point of
Beginning; thence run N 840 07137" E, 136.4 feet; thence run
N 620 38107" E, 7 feet + to the East line of said Lot 18, als 0
being the West right-of-way line of Douglas Avenue, said point
being the Point of Ending.
The consideration for this grant of easement is the cancellation and
satisfaction by the City of Clearwater of the following described liens
against the said described property: Lien #MHC-2, recorded in O. R.
2961, Page 728; Lien#M-121, recorded in O.R. 3356, Page 206;
Lien #M-136, recorded in O. R. 3539, Page 214; Lien #M-153, re-
corded in O. R. 3806, Page 163; Lien#M-158, recorded in O. R. 4005,
Page 1846; of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
This easement being for sanitary sewer installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above-described premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any sanitary sewer line and to inspect and alter such sanitary sewer
line from time to time.

In reference to Easement for Lot 18, Block E, 1st Addition
to Sunset Point Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 95
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida by the sole
heirs-at-law of Essie Fuller, I hereby certify that Elizabeth W.
Fuller has no claim on this property, according to Paragraph 12
of Agreement in the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage, dtd 11/22/71,
Circuit Civil No. 30,450 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial
Circuit of the State of Florida in and for Pinellas County, quote:
"This Agreement shall be deemed a full and complete
settlement of all property rights between the parties
hereto as Husband and Wife, both now and after the death
of either party to this Agreement, and from this time
forward, neither party shall have any interest of any
kind or nature in and to any property, either real,
personal or mixed of the other party to this Agreement,
whether now owned or hereafter acquired, except as set
forth in this Agreement, and in order tornrry out the
provisions contained in this Agreement if it becomes
necessary for either party to sign, acknowledge, and
execute any deed or other document necessary to extinguish
his or her interest in any real or personal property now
owned or hereafter acquired, each agrees to do so at the
other's request."
