FOR AND IN CONSIDERA TION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits
to be derived therefrom, EASTERN PROJECT DEVELOPER, INC., a Florida
corporation, does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWA TER,
FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, the following described easements:
1. A ten foot (10') water main eas ement lying five feet
(5') each side of the proposed or existing 6" or larger
water mains up to and including all hydrants and meters,
except where such mains and related water facilities may
lie under structures; and
2. An ingress and egress easement for refuse and garbage
collections and City of Clearwater service and utility
vehicles over the regularly constituted roads and
pathways designated for such purposes;

in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:

A portion of the West 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 3, 1; I
Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County,
Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
For the point of reference, commence at the SE corner
of said Section 3; thence run N 00008' 18" W, along the
Easterly line of said Section 3, a distance of 858. 00 ~eet;
thence run N 89036'07" W, a distance of 1,996.00 feet to
the centerline of Pineland Drive; thence run N 00011'4411 W,
along said centerline a distance of 696.64 feet to the P. O. B.;
thence run N 00011'44" W, a distance of 1, 112.75 feet to
the centerline of Sunset Point Road; thence run S 89012' 39" E,
along said centerline, a distance of 635.49 feet to the West
right-of-way line of Betty Lane (60' R/W); thence run
S 00007'27" E, along said right-of-way, a distance of 1112.74
feet; thence run N 89012'3911 W, a distance of 634.12 feet to
the P. O. B.; LESS the North 50 feet, and LESS the West 30
feet thereof.
~ The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to
-:; enter upon the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain
~thereon any water mains and to inspect and alter such water mains from
time to time.
