This indenture, made this 27th day of May A. D. 1953, by
and between FRANCIS L. SKINNER and SUSAN B. SKINNER, his wife,
RALPH DICKINSON and NANCY A. DICKINSON, his wife, of the County of
Pinellas, in the State of Florida, parties of the first part, and
the CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation existing under the
laws of the State of Florida, party of the second part.
WI'I1NESSETH: That for -and inconsideration of the SUIDOr
One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid
to the parties of the first part by the party of the second part,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, said parties of the first
part, hereby grant to the party of the second part an easement for
the purpose of laying, maintaining, operating, repairing and removing
drainage, storm sewer and sanitary sewer pipes through and over the
following described real estate, to-wit:
Begin at a point, said point being the inter-
section of the West line of Anchorage Way
extended and the North line of Block A,
LA JOLLA SUBDIVISION; proceed thence Westerly
along the North line of Block A, LA JOLLA
SUBDIVISION a distance of 186.80 feet to a
point, said point being Point of Beginning;
proceed thence Westerly along the North line
of Block A, LA JOLLA SUBDIVISION, a distance
of 271.5 feet, said point being the inter-
section of the aforesaid line and the east
line of Edgewater Drive; thence Northerly
along the East line of Edgewater Drive a
distance of five (5) feet to a point; thence
proceed Easterly along a line whose bearing
is South 890 16' 34" East, a distance of
271.54 feet to a point; proceed thence
Southerly along a line whose bearing is
South 80 09' 12" West, a distance of five
(5) feet more or less to Point of Beginning.

Together with the right of ingress and egress to and
over said above described premises at any and all times, for the
purpose of laying, maintaining, operating, repairing and removing
the above mentioneddrainag.e, storm sewer and...sanitary sewer pipes,
and for doing anything n~cessary or useful for the enjoyment of the
easement herein granted.
This easement is subject to the condition and reservation
that the grantors and their successors shall have the right and
privilege to connect that certain spring on the above property to
any drainage or storm sewer pipes located or to be located on the
above property, and to use said drainage and storm sewer pipes
perpetually for the drainage of said spring.

thereof to be their act and deed for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned.
