EASEMENT
This indenture, made this/~day of January, 1954, by
and between J. LESTER DICUS and LUCILLE L. DlCUS, his wife, of the
County of Pinellas, in the State of Florida, parties of the first
part, and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation existing
under the laws of the State of Florida, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH: That f~Qr and in consideration of the sum
of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration in hand
paid to the parties of the first part by the party of the second
part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, said parties of the
first part hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the party of
the second part a sub-surface right-of-way and sub-surface easement
for the purpose of laying, maintaining, operating, repairing and
removing drainage, water, sewer and other pipes through the follow-
ing described real estate, to-wit:
The rear three (3) feet of Lot 4, FLORIDENA
SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat
thereof as recorded in plat book 9A page 34
of the public rec.ords of Pinellas Liounty,
Florida, expressly reserved unto the said
parties of the first part all surface rights
pertaining thereto.
The said party of the second part may have the right of
ingress and egress to and over said above described premises upon
giving reasonable notice to the said parties of the first part for
the purposes of laying, maintaining, operating, repairing and re-
moving the above mentioned drainage, water, sewer and other pipes,
and for doing anything necessary or useful for the enjoyment of the
sub-surface easement herein granted but not to include any manholes;
provided, however, that the party of the second part shall reim-

to said property occasioned by the use of the rights herein granted.
The benefits and obligations hereof shall extend and
inure to the heirs, personal representatives, executors, successors
and assigns of the respective parties hereto.

their act and deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.
