GRANT OF EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, Made this/?~y of December, A. D. 1955,

o first part, and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar and other good and valuable considerations in hand paid
to the parties of the first part by the party of the second part,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, said parties of the first
part hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the party of the
second part a right-of_way and easement for the purpose of laying,
maintaining, operating, repairing and removing drainage, water,
sewer and other pipes, power, telephone and other overhead lines,
and other means of SUpplying utilities through and over the follow-
ing described real estate, to-wit:
The SOUTH THREE (3) FEET of Lot 4, Block B,
SECOND ADDITION TO SUNSET POINT, according
to the map or plat thereof as recorded in
plat book 8, page 14 of the public records
of Pinellas County, Florida.
Together with the right of ingress and egress to and over
said above described premises at any and all times, for the pur-
