FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
cash in hand paid to him, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, and the benefits to be derived therefrom,
Richard Kosmo, Managing General Partner of CADC Partners,
A Florida General Partnership, does hereby grant and convey
to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an easement over, under
and across the following described land, lying and being situate
in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
A Ten (10) foot wide easement area defined as comprising
those ten-foot wide strips of land lying five (5) feet on
each side of the center lines of the water lines up to and
including the meters and hydrants as installed within Grantor's
premises described as follows:
See Attached Exhibit "A"
This easement being for utility installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above-described premises and to construct, install
and maintain thereon the utility lines and to inspect and alter
such utility lines from time to time.
