plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 61, page 43,

us e by the City of Clearwater, Florida. This eas ement is temporary and
expires automatically after one year from date hereof or upon the comple-
tion of the project. whichever is sooner I unless extended by written agree-
ment of the parties hereto.
