KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESDTS, that the undersigned SUNSET HIGH.-
and other good anQ v.aluable OO1lSiderations" the .receipt and sufficiency whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant unto the City of Clearwater, a
municipality corporate body politic organized and existing under the laws of the
. State of Florida, and located in the County of Pinellas,
This Easement for the following uses and purposes, towit: The right to
construct and maintiDll a four (4) inch water main and the meters thereunto
appertaining, on our property described as follows, lying situate, and being in
the City of Clearwater, County of Pinellas and the State.. of Florida, to-wit:

Begin at the southeast corner of Highland Avenue
and Sunset Po~nt Road and proceed easterly along
the south line of Sunset Point Road a distance of
591.25 feet, said point being POB of the center
line of a 10 feet easement; thence prooeed southerly
on the oentw Una of easement a distance of 300.
feet, said line being parallel to the east line of
Highland Avenue to a point; thence southwesterly
at an angle of 45 degrees with the aforesaid lim
a distance of 2X$ feet to a point, said point being
the termination of the centerline of the aforeaeid
easement. Sec. 2 Twp.29 S. Rg. 15 E.
This Easement is further described in Exhibit "A", ettaehed hereta and by
this reference made a part hereof.
Provided, that any and all of the aforesaid work and maintenance 's'hall be
at Grantee's cost and expense, and the Grantee shall hold harmless, the Grantor"
:lis successors, assigns, legal representatives, subsidiaries, affiliates, or
parent corporation, from any and all liabilities in oonnect ion with the aforesaid
work and maintenance. Provided further, that in the event that the Grantee
should ever cease to use the aforesaid property for the Easement uses and pur-
poses as herein recited for a period of thirty (30) or more consecutive days,
for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to the relocation or abandon-
ment of building(s) upon the aforesaid land, then and in such an event this
Easement shall automatically cease, and it shall thence forth be null and voil.

It is further understood that, whenever necessary,. words used in this in-

This Easement Deed shall be subject and subordinate at all times, to the
