PARTIES: The parties to this Agreement are the USCO Air Station Clearwater,FL and ClearwateT Airpark, Clearwater FL. 2. AUTRORftY: This agreement is authorized under the provisions of-, a. PVRPOSE: The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth to by which Cleal-watcr Airpark will provide Space inside the ail-port ramp fbr up to six Orel trucks and up to 4 aircarit ground support vehicles in the event Air Station Clearwater is forced to evacuate due to a Category 3 hurricane or higher_ 4. RESPO.lid SIBILITLES: a. Coast Guard, (1) Air Station Clearwater will alert Clearwater Ai ark as soon as the potential exists to evacuate, (2) Air Station Clearwater aircraft will bring chocks, locks, grounding wires and ppens for vehicles. (3) Air Station Clearwater understands that the vehicles will be parked in an area w itli n i -dnirn um.security inside locked gates. (4)Air Station Clearwater personnel will be rcsponsiblc for driving the Ychicles to and fiorn the Afipark and or relomfing them within airpoit property, (5)Air Station Clearwater wW rmnove the vehicles from the premises as soon as practicable after storm passage. b. Clearwater Air park. (1) Clewvater airpark will provide-truck korage at anytime there is a mandatory evacuation from Clearwater due to a category three or higher expected to approach the Twnpa Bay area for the sole purpos e. of safe ding the trucks from storm surge damage. (2) Clem-water airpark will not be liable for any dm ago caused to the fuel trucks or gtraund support equipment during trarlsit to and from the airport or while they remain parked in Airport pr wises. 5, POINTS OF CONTACT: Air Station Clearwater will notify the Airport Operations Mmiager's Office at 727-462-6954, or cell 727.224-7005 as soon as the potential exists to relocate the vehicles to higher grovrid. Information to be passed prior to departure is: a. Estimated Time of Arrival(ETA)9 b, Number of personnel (Officer, alisted, Civilian). in 'cl c.
