05/08/2012 NEIGHBORHOOD & AFFORDABLE HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD MEETING MINUTES CITY OF CLEARWATER May 8, 2012 Present: Peggy M. Cutkomp Chair Laurel E. Sullivan Board Reporter The Chair called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. at City Hall. To provide continuity for research, items are in agenda order although not necessarily discussed in that order. 3 – Approval of Minutes – April 24, 2012 Member Corriveau moved to approve the minutes of the regular Neighborhood and Affordable Housing Advisory Board meeting of April 24, 2012, as recorded and submitted in written summation to each board member. The motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously. 4 – FY 2012/13 Proposed Consolidated Plan Technical Review Committee Ranking Summary Member Kemp declared a conflict of interest regarding Tampa Bay CDC, Largo Area Housing and Community Service Foundation. See Exhibit: 2012-05-08 Housing Manager Michael Holmes reviewed TRC (Technical Review Committee) rankings of Consolidated Action Plan applications for FY (Fiscal Year) 2012/13 and thanked TRC members for their efforts. Member Corriveau moved to recommend approval of the TRC rankings of the FY 2012/13 Consolidated Action Plan applications, except for applications by the Tampa Bay CDC, Largo Area Housing, and Community Service Foundation. The motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously. Public comments will be presented to the board for discussion.
