EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this 23rd day of November
1971 , between RICHARD LAKE KAMENSKY, individually and as Trustee, joined
by his wife, JANE M. KAMEN SKY , hereinafter called the Grantor(s), and THE
CITY OF~ its successors and assign, hereinafter called the Grantee,

WITNESSETH:
That for and in consideration of the premises, and other valuable considerations, the Grantor(s)
herein do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Grantee, its successors, and assigns, an
easement for municipal purposes and/or utility right-of-way purposes, incidental purposes by way of
illustration, but not limitation, for the furnishing and laying of water, sewer, telephone, telegraph or
electrical lines, on the land, over, al'ong and across the following described real property, situate,
lying and being in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows,
to-wit:
Legal description contained in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLp THE same in perpetuity together with all necessary rights and privi-
leges incidental to the use and enjoyment of such easement and the installation, maintenance and
protection of installations made thereon.
