Tl::is easement being for sanitary sewer installation and maintenance.
1. Grantee shall have the right to enter upon the above described prem-
ises ana to construct, install and maintain thereon any sanitary sewer line
and to inspect and alter such sanitary sewer line from time to time.

2. It is understood that all work, labor, services, equipment, tools and
materials to be performed, furnished, or used directly or indirectly in the
construction, reconstruction, repair, Dl9.intenance, inspection and operation of
the sewer line shall be at the sole expense of the Grantee.
3. Grantee, upon completion of construction, maintenance or repair oper-
ations related to said sewer line shall be obligated at Gra.ntee's own expense
to grade any disturbed land to its original contours, to reseed any gross area
destroyed and to replace any pavement disrup.ted by such operations.
4. Grantee agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Grantor from any ::? '
loss, damage, or expense which it may suffer, incur or sustain, or for which -f .,1: '.,
