JAMES MERCER ..~ I , AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 7!!! day of 11 PI{ I L- , 1968, between JAMES D. MERCER, JR. and CLARA M. MERCER, his wife, hereinafter referred to as "Owner", and the CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "City!l; WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater requires an easement for utility purposes over property hereinafter described; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and other good and valuable considerations, it is agreed as follows: 1. The Owner agrees to convey and grant unto the City of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporation, certain utility easements over the following described land in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit: A Permanent Utility Easement over the West 7-1/2 feet of Lot 3 in the SW -1/4 of Section 1, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, of Pinellas Groves, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 55 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and a 5 foot temporary construction easement over the East 5 feet of the West 12-1/2 feet of said Lot 3. AND A permanent Utility Easement over the East 15.00 feet of Lot 13 in the SW -1/ 4 of Section 1, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, of Pinellas Groves, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 55 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and a 5 foot temporary construction easement over the West 5 feet of the East 20.00 feet of said Lot 13, at and for the sum of One Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Dollars ($1,980.
