The GRANTEE, shatl have the right to enter upon the above-described premises and to
maintain and reconstruct as neeessary GRANTEE'S existing sixteen inch t16") ductile iran water
pipeline and io cvnstruct, install, maintain and reconstruct a new eight inch (8'"} and six inch (fi") PVG
water pipelines as depic#ed a� Exhib'rt "B" incorporated he�ein and by this reference made a pa�t hereof
and ta inspect same from time ta time. In the exercise af rights granted herein Grantee shall restore ali
physical impacts to the easement premises ta equal or better condition a� existed prior to the exercise
of such rights.
Grantor warrants and covenants wiih Grantee that it is the owner of the fee simpfe title to the
herein described easement premises, that Grantor has ful! right and lawful authority to grant and
convey this easement to Grantee, and #hat Grantee shall have quiet and peaceful possession, use and
enjoyment af this easem�nt.
it is expressly understoad that Grantor reserves unto iiself all rights of ow�ership o# the
e�sement premises not inconsistent with th� easement rights granted herein.
This easement is binding upon the Grantar, the Grantee, their successars and assigns. The
rights granted herein shall be perpetual and irrevocable and shali run with the lant�, except by the
written mutual agreement of both parties, ar by abandanment of the easement premises by Grantee.
