8326-12ORDINANCE NO. 8326-12 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO DESIGNATE THE LAND USE FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF SAN MATEO STREET APPROXIMATELY 145 FEET EAST OF MCMULLEN-BOOTH ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOT 14 OF DEL ORO GARDENS, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 3113 SAN MATEO STREET, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS RESIDENTIAL URBAN (RU); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City of Clearwater is amended by designating the land use category for the hereinafter described property, upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, as follows: PropertY Lot 14, Del Oro Gardens, according To the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 74 of the Public Records Of Pinellas County, Florida (ANX2012-02002) Land Use Cateqory Residential Urban (RU) The map or maps attached as Exhibit "A" is hereby incorporated by reference. Section 2. The City Council does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 8325 -12.
