November 3, 1959
After January 1, 1960, and before ten years after date, the City
of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporation, promises to pay
to W. R. Taylor and Birdie P. Taylor, his wife, or order, FIFTY
THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN AND 50/100 DOLLARS, at
Clearwater, Florida, together with interest thereon at the rate
of Four (4) per cent per annum, payable annually on sums remain-
ing from time to time unpaid, if tax free and 5% if not.
Minimum payments of $5343.75 shall be paid annually on ac-
count of principal commencing on November 3, 1960 provided that
prepayment of all or any part of the within debt may be made at
anytime without penalty and interest to date of payment only pro-
vided mortgage is not then in Default.
Default for a period of thirty (30) days in the making of
any payment will mature the entire obligation at the option of the
holder.
Now should it become necessary to enforce or collect this
note through an attorney then, maker agrees to pay all costs of col-
lection including a reasonable attorney's fee. Maker waives pre-
sentment, protest or notice of protest for non-pa~i"ment of this note.
This note is secured by purchase money mortgage of even date
herewith.
